I have an Avaya IP500 v2 "Server Edition" console and an Avaya 5402 softphone,
The phone does not require a license to operate !
The phone displays a license error message on the screen “No license available”

please help me

If it's a subscription system then the user requires a subscription, and older phones don't have a string to say that.

no , it's not a subscription system , i have a ip500v2 10.1.0 server edition and 5402D digital phone
