Hi,
I have a group of outbound agents that login to Avaya 4622 (Firmware 2.9.2) but occassionally lock up, freeze, become unresponsive and very infrequently go to Discover...
I originally thought a faulty C-LAN card, but the problem only exists on outbound agents (manually dialling, so no automated Dialler involved)
Any thoughts?
