I have a remote user on an Avaya 4610sw IP VPN phone. He is one of about 60 employees using this device from home. Since installed on Monday he gets heavy echo ((intermittantly)) while making and receiving calls. The echo effect persists if switching from speakerphone/headset and handset.
I have confirmed that all of the settings are set correctly, had the user reset the device, etc...
Could this be an issue caused by the users home router or Broadband connection?
He is the only user complaining of this problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.
