When we view the log of missed calls and try to dial a number, the phone automatically adds a 9 and 1 before the number. We need to dial an 8 to get out instead of a 9. Where is this setting at to change it? Is it the actual firmware or is there the setting on the phone?

SET PHNOL 9 (make this an 8 for your site)

Sorry if this is a stupid question but where exactly is that file at? Do I need to reload the firmware?

From your phone: Press the options button, IP Addresses, and then locate File Server address. This is the server that hosts the 46xxsettings file.
