Avaya 4602 firmware problem

Hi,
I have Avaya 4602 IP phone. I try to make firmware upgrade to version 2.1.But after upgrade the phone didn't work properly and I try to made rollback to version 1.8.2.For my unhappiness
phone die . Now when I connect the phone it try to starts but on display appears massage "Downgrading to 1.8.2" and freeze.
Plese give me advice .
