Avaya 4424LD phone displays error NG 32

i have ipo 500 and the main phone Avaya 4424LD with switch board-all extensions has error on dispaly NG 32

i tried disconnecting it and reconnecting, disconnected the side switch board but still getting the error.

does anyone know what this error is about?

that phone is not supported on the 500. only the D+ not the LD

4424LD, Magix Phones are not supported on IP OFFice.
Niether are the 4400D phones.

They are blocked out after R4.1, or R5 I believe.

Nasty, nasty things happed when these were plugged in R4 ( ie random system resets )

Plus in R3, 4424LD did not work like it did in Magix, only 2 lines of that display worked on ip office anyway.

sorry it's the D+ phone.

anyways got it figured out. the user had Do Not Disturb turned on.
