Avaya 3810 Button Layout

My button layout on my 3810 is 8,9,1,2 instead of 1,2,3,4. Is this normal or do I have a bad phone?

Not a bad phone but may be proggrammed incorrectly. Post your question on the Avaya form and someone will have the solution.
