We have been changing the frequency to WMM so that the Avaya 3645 Spectralink phone can work on the network without the SVP server. This is in preparation for piloting the 8440 Spectralink phone. About a month ago, we started the frequency change. Now we have been getting complaints that the 3645s are cutting in and out on calls, there is a 5-10 second delay when someone gets a call before they can hear the caller or respond. The network people keep saying it is not the network. But I think it is a combination of the Access points (Aruba) and the network. Any ideas?
