Hi, Guys

I have a hot potato, the 3631 ip wireless telephone can't get the 46xxsetting.txt in network http server, but all my 96xx ip phone can get the 46xxsetting.txt use same 242 optione in one same dhcp scope. I saw the 3631 to find 46xxsetting.txt when it get the dhcp but it will hint "Bad file sever xxxxxx", but all the 96xx ip phone can get the 46xx setting in http server. Is the 3631 use the http server to download the 46xxsetting? why 3631 can't download the 46xxsetting.txt but 96xx ip pohne can?
Need you help, many thanks.

I don't know if it will help, but we saw this. We are using the TFTP MV_IPTel server from avaya.

We placed the exact 46xx.setting.txt and all other files and firmware in the HTTPSdata, HTTPdta, and TFTPdata folders. This did help as any Avaya IP phone could use any method they wanted to grab the settings file.

The 3631 did work for us, but I don't know where it received its settings file from and which folder.
