Avaya 3616 Factory default without the Admin PW

I know there is a factory reset in the admin menu once you can log into the phone. I need to know if there is a way to default these if the password is not known, like shorting some pins out or holding a certain key down during boot up. I have a few that were used and have passwords set on them so no way of getting into them to program them.
