Avaya 310 protection units

I have ran into one this morning that I thought I would call in some help on. I was asked about the technical specifications on the carbon protectors in the 310 protection units that I have in place. I went to the Avaya website and it wasn't much help (go figure). If anyone has a source for this information and would post it for me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Apparently there is some unit of measure for the amount of time it take one these carbon protectors to blow. I need the spec's that shows this on the carbons that go in an Avaya 310 protection unit. Thanks for your help guy's.
