I have a 2420 set with 20 personal speed dials. I need to change the set but i need to find out how to export the speed dials and then import them back to a new set. Can anybody advice if that possible?

I believe you can backup station settings to the server (if permitted by the administrator in another txt file), for each station there will be a txt file. I can imagine this will include your speeddial numbers.

you would have to store the files onto your PC's C:/ but being able to do so would indicate that your PC's IP is addressed on the PBX' CLAN, which in most cases they are not.

you can backup 4620 handsets via FTP, this will store a *.txt file of your contrast settings, button labels etc (and posssibly speed dials)

If you can backup the 24xx series of handsets in the same way this may be your answer
