Avaya 2420 Not Displaying "inAns" or "Outgo" calls in log

we have a 2420 phone that displays the "missed" calls in the log but not the "inAns" or "Outgo" calls. would that also be related to the firmware or is there a setting we should be looking at?

Check the options screen, use Log Setup to setup which call types you want to log.
