I am currently involved in a fault where random ACD agents are logged off and the headset light on their 2420 handsets goes out. This can happen during or after a call. If they press the headset key the call is still there. At the same time the time and date disappears from the display. The users are set to auto-answer. CM version is 5.2 sp4.
