Hello everyone,
I have an interesting behaviour of our Avaya 2420 phones.
We're using ARS to route external calls to coverage answer groups (virtual station and coverage path).
And 2420 isn't logging any missed external calls. I can see that there's an incoming call on 2420, it shows the external phone number and it shows the virtual station number, but if a call is missed it doesn't log it.
Is this normal Avaya behaviour or I can somehow correct this?
Firmware version on 2420 phones is 6.
CM version is R014x.00.1.731.2, Avaya S8400
