We've got a large avaya digital phone system in our organization. We have about ~600 active users in our building and we have some major issues with our phones.
Roughly 1/2 of our Avaya 2410 display get all pixilated and unreadable or hard to read over time. When I google this issue I see no other folks reportung this issue so I can only assume there is something wrong with our gateway. Maybe these phone are getting some weird voltage from our gateway frying the displays? If it is a common issue there isn't anyone talking about it, and since just at my site we have at least 300 phones ruined this way I can only imagine if it were specific to us then a lot of other folks would be talking about it.
Anyone had this issue? Anyone have any idea what this could be? It is ONLY the 2410 endpoints that this is happening to.
Thanks
