There's a user in our organizatgion who recently migrated to Windows 7 (64 bit) and is trying to download Avaya 1X 5.2 SP3. They are unable to install .net 3.5 (pre-requisite). All Avaya instruction documentation states Avaya 1X is compatible with Windows 7. Instructions also state to install .net 3.5 prior to Avaya 1x. Any suggestions/recommendations? I'm not sure where to go from here.

I have a 64 bit windows 7 Laptop.
I am running version 6.0 of One-X Communicator. It does work, but as I recall, the install was a little tricky, but not too bad.
It was downloaded from plds.avaya.com

Copy the install files locally then run it in passive mode from DOS. Like this:
c:\install\Softphone\onexc_5.2.0.23>onexc_setup_5.2.0.23.msi /passive
Works for me.
