Hello everyone. This is a last ditch effort to solve a problem with our Avaya phone system. Please note that I am far from a technical genius so I need your help! We have an auto attendant already set up for our office phones and already have the option to press 0 to reach the operator programmed in; however, the operator is no longer at the extension it is transferred to when you do hit 0. All I want to know how to do is change which extension is associated with hitting 0. Can anyone help? I have wasted my whole day researching this and I refuse to give up! Thank you in advance.

This is a Mitel phone system forum. There is an Avaya forum (Avaya Legacy SMB)

But anyway, there are a number of different voicemails for that system. Try to figure out what voicemail you have by looking at the telephone system and identifying the voicemail. Is it a small PC Card or a full size white module. What do the labels say?

The small PC card voicemail will not allow you to change the dial 0 destination. The full size white module may allow you.
