Avaya 1616 display screen not showing the dialed number

Hi All,

I installed a 1616 D01A-003 phone and it works, I can make and recive calls.
But when I press a number to dial or extension, it does not appear on the screen.

I search for this and found this, but there is not Phone screen on callling

Press Home.
Press Select to select Options & Settings > Call Settings > Phone Screen on Calling.
Press Change to select one of the following:
Yes: To display the Phone screen when you dial a number.

No: To remain on the current screen when you dial a number.

Press Save

Does any one know how I can activate the screen for to show dial numbers

You should see that on default.

Does your phone screen display 3 lines of information.
If not maybe faulty screen display.or set to display less information.
