Avaya 1608-I blank screen on boot

Greetings everyone

This is my first post so i don´t know if this is the right place

We have an AVAYA ip phone 1608-I that was on test mode (display, memory, leds, etc), we finally pass all tests and when it restarted it just got stuck on blank screen

Are there any way to get the phone out of this mode?? or is lost for ever

Its an ip phone with software release 1.37, is this what you mean?

no is it connected to an IP Office phone system?

If it doesn't get past the dots it broken, you could send it to repair but probably better just to get it replaced.
