Hi ...

I have migrated from Avaya CM to IPOSE Rls 11.1, The Customer has some concerns about telephones, and I would like to share it with experts here to see the optimal solution to be suitable

1. Button Programming :
On IPO, when I program 1608 or 1616 Buttons Users when that user is busy, the LED indicator flash Red, the customer
tells me that it's LED Green was when it's running on CM' and not flashing, it's possible to do it on IPO?

2. Call Log Buttons :
when the user presses the call log buttons and picks up the handset it rings the person being displayed on the screen, . Please Can
Advice if I can disable this?

3. Phone Screen Setting:
On CM, the phone displays the Missed Calls, when Pressed the sofkey you can show it, On IPOSE just if the User is a member of the
Group the display shows the letter G, is there a workaround on this also?

I may know that there are things that are difficult to achieve, but we fall into the trap of what the customer was used toز
