Avaya 1403 not download Firmware

I have 2 1403 Avaya phones that do not work .

When connecting sends message req Upgrade : Finding File , then Upgrade: File access and stays there .

Not start and the phone menu check on the Advanced Options menu appears and Test Vers.5.01 1503 ] and other phone Vers.3.01 ]
