I've got an Avaya IPO 412 with a VCM card for VoIP.
I also have an ISAand a a Cisco PIX firewall.
I use Phone Manager Pro on a laptop for the call managent.
To connect to the Avaya I use the Cisco VPN client software.
I had this working for a year and then it just stopped working!
I can make a call from the laptop but when I see a call coming to the laptop I can't answer it. Its presented to the remote user but just doent pickup.
Nothings been changed on the. ISA or PIX and I've tried everything to fix this.
Any ideas anyone?
