Avast gives their Enterprise Antivirus free to EDU

Avast is giving their enterprise level suite of antivirus software free to education. Their enterprise leve suite can do up to 30K seats. Pretty nice of them.
 
Doesn't say if this will be just in the USA, but I suspect that it is?
