Is there anywhere you can view the number of available IP seat s in use or not anywhere with in the programing of the BCM 400. The end user took over the unit as part of a mereger no doccumentation was provided. QWEST was orginal vendor, client does not wish to contract their services. If you provide sys ID to NORTEL can they tell you

Any thoughts or comments would be welcome

If you have access to the BCM, log into the Unified Manager, open System, Licensing, then Applied Keycodes. You will see listed what the system is licensed for.

To see how many IP sets are in use, open Services, IP Telephony, IP Terminals, Nortel IP Terminals, IP Terminal Status. You will see a list of phone extensions, IP addresses (if online) and status of the phones.
