AVA Voice Mail System

Hi,

I am trying to do some configuration changes to an AVA Voice mail system. My knowledge of this system is very limited. I have tried to connect to the system with a null-modem cable using hyperterminal in windows.

What terminal program would you normally use to configure this system?

Is there a default password i can try when i get the login prompt?
