AVA-100 Voice Mail

I have AVA-100 Voice Mail set-up with our Vodavi StarPlus system. I set up an extension and a voice mail just like all the other ones we have that work. The problem is this voice mail won't pick up. You can transfer a call to the voice mail of that extension but if you enter that extension at the Auto Attendant, that extension just rings and rings. The name has been recorded and so has the greeting. Anyone have any suggestions?

You must turn on the FWD to MSG's feature. Press ON/OFF, then FWD or 640, and then dial 9, then 440. This will forward calls to voicemail after 4.5 rings.
