Aux work codes in abbrv dial

Hi,
I have coded my aux reason codes into my abbreviated dial so that agents can press a button on the phone and go into the associated state rather than press the aux button then enter a code, problem is when they press the button on their side car the light doesn't stay on. The buttons seem to work fine as I ran CMS reports and can see they are in the proper state but the agent has no idea the state they are in.

Of course they light doesn't stay on, because it's just a speed-dial button. If you put another "aux-work" button to the side car, this button will light up if the agent is in AUX.
