Have a customer who had their system upgraded from 1.1 to 3.0. Now they say that it use to ring 4 times at the front and then ring 2 times on the aux ringer before the AA answers the call. Cant remember how to set this up. Any feedback would be helpful. Thanks

It sounds like the main phone after 4 rings is forward no answer to an analog (ATA or built in ATA) then it is programed to ring the aux then after the total of 6 rings the AA is set to answer in call pilot.
