thread690-1118450 I would like to be able to deny an agent from using a code if I have nothing assigned to that code in CMS. Is there a way to do that on the CM side? Example: We currently have 7 Aux Codes, but are scaling it back to 2 (lunch and Restroom/Break). I would like to block the agent from entering any of the older codes.
