Looking for information on configuing Autovon trunks to a Cisco CM. We currenty have some analog Autovon trunks that terminate on a Nortel that need to be cut over to a Call Manager. Would these need to be set up on an FXO port?
I believe you'll need FXO ports since they were just analog lines. However you will not find ip phones compatible with the autovon preemptive dtmf tones so you'll need to use analog sets for all users that require this function.
I thought autovon lines were deemed obsolete twenty years ago. I can't imagine that our military still uses them.
