Autoupgrade task not running w/ EPO 2.5

Hi! I am running EPO 2.5 and trying to setup the AutoUpgrade task correctly. The task is starting on the client's machine and trying to connect to the server site (according to log files), but then it says "The specified username is invalid". The username has access rites to the site. How do I setup the User name area in EPO AutoUpgrade task area ? For 'User Name' field do I need to put Domain/Username or just Username? Confused!

Sorry, forgot to mention...I am also using Vscan 4.5.1.

I have seen it change this from a \ to a / it should be domain\username. If this problem reoccurs I think there is a service pack or a hotfix for that... FatesWebb

If you do have an issue as what FatesWebb has describes, a hotfix for the VirusScan 4.5.1 SP1 clients do exist, but you have to replace the mcupdate.exe. If it is a few machines, it may not be a problem, but across a network, you may wish to use something like SMS to automatically upgrade all VirusScan 4.5.1 SP1 clients.
