I got some real trouble with autoupdating Netshield via the Architect. Maybe it´s because of the Update-Sites.
It´s not interesting if I take
ftp.nai.com/pub/antivirus/datfiles/4.x
or
ftpde.nai.com/pub/antivirus/datfiles/4.x/
or
ftpeur.nai.com/pub/antivirus/datfiles/4.x/
or
or
download.nai.com/Products/CommonUpdater
It always tells me, I´ve not the permission to access the site, but I´m able to access them over the Internet Explorer.
Do I need a password or an account for the Autoupdate?
Or is there something i need to configure first?
Please, anybody who had the problem before of knows the answer, help me.
