AutoUpdate Hanging

We update are virusscan with the lastest version every friday. But with some ppl's PC's it doesnt update, you have to go into the virusscan console and actually manual stop the autoupdate that says its running to actually complete the update. Is there a fix to this??

Check if there's a dialog box beneath all of the open windows. This may just be indicating that either the update was successful or not.

If there isn't any, check the download path.

install the service pack for 4.5 for the PC's, found on the CD or website. This will solve the problem.... Jay~
