AutoText Corruption

We have a user whose AutoText entries are being displayed as squares instead of normal text. It's only happening on a small number of entries, strangely all at the beginning of the list and then it's all okay.

I've copied the users normal.dot file for me to use and get the same problem, so I tried restoring the template from an earlier date but still get the same problem.

I tried following the suggestion in another thread thread68-240600 but didn't get anywhere.

Has anybody got any solutions, or an explaination of what's happened.

First thing that comes to mind is that they have a font selected that can't display some of the characters.

This could be caused by having that font selected in your NORMAL.dot file.
