Autotab Property on Forms

I have a form with text fields generally one or two characters long. I have set the Autotab property of the fields on the form to Yes but it still requires an Enter or Tab key to move to the next field. It should work, I'm at a loss. Any Ideas? TIA

The only thing that AutoTab depends on is the input mask. Do you have you input masks set?
