AutoSys submitting ORACLE concurrent requests

I need to submit an ORACLE concurrent request using either CONCSUB or AUTO_OAP. Which is the best way to do this passing multiple parameters to the concurrent request

would submit it via a perl script or batch script so all you need to do is call that one script from autosys

I am getting a return code 220 from the auto_oap command but there is no code in the manual. Does anyone know what this is or do they have a successful auto_oap command. As you tell, this is our first time using this command.
