Not entirely clear what you are after, but if you mean so that it resizes the components in the window like outlook, etc do then you want to use the align property, ie put a grid on a form and set align property of the grid to alClient, if you then run the program you will find the grid resizes itself to match the window.
Delphi 6 has got so called anchors which allows you to anchor your components on a relative basis. This is a priceless feature! Without writing a single line of code the layout of your form will remain intact just the way you want it no matter how much the window is being resized. Pretty cool ;-)
Legally it costs £69 in the UK for the 'Personal' edition, which means that You cannot distribute (sell) applications that you create.
Possible Boralnd have moved thier postion on this appalling policy in the past couple of weeks, and are now giving away 'Personal' on the web site. I bet the licence restrictions still apply though.
