Autosignatures in Outlook 97

We have 3 load balanced Metaframe 1.8 servers running on Windows 2000 using Outlook 97. The problem I am having is that when one user creates an Autosignature, that signature becomes the "global" signature for all users on that same server.

Is there any way to stop this from happening or to allow for each user to create their own autosignature?
