Autoshape and Table cells not talking to each other.

I have a table that has 1 row and 4 columns. I want to put a autoshape in each cell but it doesn't seem to work. when i preview the page the cells auto adjust but not the autoshape buttons. all i want to do is use autoshape for my buttons.

Auto shapes are neat, but not necessarily very cross browser compatible. I think you would be better to use a standard graphic image for buttons then auto shapes.

The table cells - btw will adjust to the size of the contents within - they won't adjust the contents that are inside a table cell.
