Autosearch option default

I'm having a problem with Internet Explorer. I am using IE 6.0...The address bar search option is defaulting to, "do not use address bar". Every time I start my browser I have to change this option manually. I also have to manually set the google toolbar default every time I open my browser. Please Help!!
