Autorun Powerpoint

I am creating a slideshow of all our products to hand out to customers! I have completed 75% of it and am getting toward the end. I have made all the pps files so that when you click the icon it automatically shows the slideshow. There are about 200 files altogether all hyperlinked. What i want is for the cd to automatically show the main slide when the cd is inserted without having to purchase software!

Someone please help

The PowerPoint Viewer 97 allows people who use PowerPoint to share their presentations with people who do not have PowerPoint installed on their computers. It is a free download.

If you're using MS-Office 2000 you can use the

File > Pack&Go option to compact the slide show in an .EXE file that will automatically decompress and run at the target PC without having to install any other software.

You can also create the file 'Autorun.inf' and put it at the root directory of the CD you're creating.

The contents of the 'Autorun.inf' file should be

[autorun]
OPEN=filename.exe


When the user inserts the CD in, it will automatically run the Presentation.
