Don't know where else to go on this. First time trying an autorun.inf.

I want the system to open a web page on the CD when it is inserted.

There, easy enough?

I am not at a PC with a CD burner at the moment to test this out - but this is what I would do first.

Create the autorun.inf in notepad or some other editor, and save it with the following text:

[autorun]
open=iexplore.exe <pathname to html file>

Hmmm... well... the web page is on the CD. And that path may change.

Also, I tried that, and it doesn't work. Can I use \%system%\iexplorer.exe ?

[autorun]
open=start whatever.html
icon=l0rdcd.ico

When u use start command it will start at dos mode then return back to windows so u can use this command for it
at autorun.inf file type this
[autorun]
open =explorer \path\file.html 'dont type the drive name in the path just the folders where file is
