I am trying to autorun a bat file from a folder. I want a readme file to popup when any user clicks on a specific folder. I create a bat and txt file. If you click the bat file the readme pops up. I do not know if there is a solution to this. It might not even be a bat file that I have to use. Can anyone help me with this problem?
