Hi,

Im quite inexperienced with playing around with outlook so any information/tips i can recieve on the following would be greatly appreciated. Basically what i want is to set up a few standard responses to emails i recieve (between 3-5) then i want to create a button on the toolbar that allows me to, when reading an email, click a button on the toolbar which then allows me to choose a standard response then send the standard response to the sender of the email iam currently reading. I hope this is clear enough.

Thanks

Aaron

Which part of this do you need help with? Creating the toolbar buttons? Having the user choose the response? Actually sending the response?

If you use MS Word as your e-mail editor, this can easily be done using the "AutoText" option. If you need details on how to do this, I can walk you through it, but when it is all set up, the resulting steps to reply to send an auto-response to an e-mail would be:
1. Click Reply (or Reply-to-all) in the original e-mail
2. In the body of the reply, type your "trigger" word
3. Click send
