We are autoresponding to emails to a specific mailbox with a standard message. what i've been asked to do is to reply so that they (the senders) know which email we are responding to, maybe by including their original text. It has to be server side. I can't figure out how to do this. Does anyone know? Personally i'd be more than happy with a 'It cannot be done' reply!
