Autoreply on public Folder does not work!:-(

Hello together

I still have the same problem with the autoreply funktion on the public folder. I configured the public folder with the folder assistant to give an autoreply to every mail.
The autoreply worked for about 1 day, and since then it doesn't work any more and I can't find the problem.
I tried to make a new public folder, but even that, didn't help.
Now I set up the hole stuff in the test enviroment, and there it works fine, without any problem.
What could be the problem in the live enviroment?
Is there a logfile, that could give me any hints? In the eventlog a didn't found anything.

Hi. Any resolution to this? I'm having a problem where the auto-reply works for internal senders, but not internet senders.

Check

ESM\Global Setting\Internet Message Format\default\ then look at the Advance tab. There are some settings for auto forward & reply.

To assist in tracking the issue "Messaging Tracking" may help. ESM\Administrative groups\FAG\servers\servername, then check the general tab, and enable the 3 logging setting, a couple of days should be enough for troubleshooting.
You can then start using the messaging tracking centre in tools
