Autorefresh of published application brings it to front of the screen

Hello,

I have custom application that is published.
The application has autorefresh function that updates data that the user sees.
If the users minimize or open another apllication, the published up will come up forward when the autorefresh happens.
Is there way to dissable that? I can't dissable autorefresh of the application itself as this is vital function to our bussiness.

My users are complaining becouse if they are using another application then they have to go the taskbar to bring it back forword again.

I know this has been an annoying issue. I have a similar problem. When running multiple published apps the active window keeps changing. It is a real pain.
