I wonder if someone would be able to help me...

I have a form called Requisitions with a combobox called Vendors. When selecting a vendor from this combobox other textboxes like address and phonenumber are autopopulated. My problem is that I am trying to create a report that would include these details but try as I might I can't get the textboxes to populate from my report. I tried to point on of the textboxes on the report to point to "=Forms![Requisitions]![txtAddress]" but all i get is the dreaded #NAME?. Perhaps I am using incorrect syntax?

Any pointing in the right direction would be very much appreciated! Edmée de Klerk

Hi

you syntax:

=Forms![Requisitions]![txtAddress]

looks correct, assuming you have not miss-spelled the form or control name(s).

You do realise the form (Requisitions) must be open, at the time the report runs, for this to work? Regards
