Automation server can't find object 1

A user is facing the following problem: When opening up Internet Explorer they get two errors:
CS HOST Message:
Number = 12146827859 = Automation server can’t create object

Click OK then the following error:
CS HOST Message:
Number = -2147221005

Any ideas ? IE works if you acknowledge the errors, but we’d like to fix.

Betcha your user has Comet Cursor on their machine.
Remove it and I believe your errors will be removed as well.
